Hi, I got the HP notebook 14 because it was cheap, but soon realized how bad of a laptop it is. It’s really slow and has many other issues but the main one, and the one I need help with is my connection to the WiFi. I’ll connect to any WiFi and seconds later it will disconnect. I just bought an Ellipsis MHS900L jetpack and it keeps disconnecting from the internet roughly every 5 minutes. It is located in the exact same location as an older-model Verizon jetpack (a non-Ellipsis square model), so I know signal strength is not an issue (I moved the older one to the other end of the house).

Hi, Every half hour or so my broadband cuts off and stays off for about a minute or so before returning. So far I've tested the phone line during the cut and it seems to be working fine.
