After Connecting the box via HDMI, the box comes on & says loading after which there is no audio sound or video instructions to set it up. The TV screen goes blank. I live in Mumbai City – India and have high speed Internet but unable to set up the boxee box.

For me, watching my college and pro football on the weekends was a must, and a big reason I procrastinated on cutting the cord. If you don't care as much about Live TV, then Roku is, BY FAR, a better choice.
