openvpn is in homebrew. So you should be able to install via "brew install openvpn". OpenVPN isn't natively supported in Apples OSs. The clients are going to need third party software to connect. Tunnelblick on the Mac is free. There are other clients. Homebrew Formulae is an online package browser for Homebrew. It displays all packages in the Homebrew/homebrew-core , Homebrew/homebrew-cask and Homebrew/linuxbrew-core taps. A GitHub Action is run periodically which pulls changes from each tap and deploys the site to GitHub Pages.
I then rm openvpn.log thinking of restarting a fresh log. But openvpn.log didn't get created and I now can't find the logs. Where has the log gone to now? I created a new openvpn.log but it remained at size 0. – Old Geezer Aug 20 '19 at 4:03
I installed OpenVPN by Homebrew, I'm running on Mac OsX Mavericks with latest updates. I subscribed to a VPN server, I got my config file "*.ovpn", my key file "ta.key" and my ca file "ca.crt". I would like to use OpenVPN through the terminal with commands line, but I've got Tunnelblick already installed that work perfectly.
